Dive into Mindful Business Works Weekly Programs

The training consists hourly sessions for four or eight weeks. Participants learn the techniques of Mindfulness and how to incorporate Mindfulness into their daily work life. These sessions are conducted in the workplace. Participants attend once per week sessions and continue to practice the Mindful Business Works guided techniques with audio support on their own for ten minutes daily. Mindful Business Works sends weekly email reminders to participants to experience the qualities of mindfulness in their work and home lives. Upon completion, individuals possess an understanding of when they are working in the “ZONE” and the ability to notice if not and how to regain focus. Participants enjoy more focus, calm and clarity, better communication and leadership skills, and greater well-being.
